The purpose of this study was to find the procedures for implementing diversion against child crime by public prosecutor and factors that hindered during implementation diversion. This uses empirical legal method. results are 9 out 17 cases were successfully diverted January-December 2020 Public Prosecutor at Karanganyar District Attorney. In diverting case, Attorney's Office experienced 3 (three) obstacles, among others, (1) there is no consent or agreement between victim perpetrator diversion; (2) short limited period seeking (3) grossly high divert.
